The shirts are Unisex, and shirts are usually a blend of polyester and cotton.
* Only applies to bleached shirts*They are hand bleached, and each design is sublimation unless something else is specified.
The bleach on each shirt will vary- no shirt will look exactly the same.
-The current processing time for orders is 7-14 days.
**There are no returns!
There are times where a certain shirt color is sold out and we are unable to get it, if this happens we will message you- so please input the correct information!
Shipping policy
All orders (except custom items) are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays due to holidays, high volume of orders and postal service issues that are out of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping for packages to the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@jeffersoncoboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will allow an exchange for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return (This excludes Custom Items, and Embroidery)
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@jeffersoncoboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
